WORK/EXCHANGE PROGRAM:

We at Casa Grande can benefit from the expertise of people trained and skilled in cooking, gardening and massage therapy.

Kitchen: In the kitchen we're interested in, excuse the expression, "beefing up" our vegetarian menu. Since we advocate a healthy lifestyle, we feel it essential to offer more of these dishes. We'd like to have a skilled vegetarian cook come down to lead a workshop for our staff. As we receive more and more guests wanting vegetarian meals, the time may come when we require a full time vegetarian chef. Accordingly, this opportunity could lead to a long term position.

Gardens: We would also like to upgrade the gardens. We have many trees, shrubs and flowering plants in numerous separate gardens around the property. The professional hands of a working gardener would greatly enhance the appearance of our already beautiful landscape.

Healing Arts: Each winter season, from November through April, we have contracted with professional massage therapists from the US and Canada to offer various massage therapy modalities to our guests. We are interested in expanding this program to include all or part of the summer season as well.

In exchange for these services we are willing to provide either room, board or both, depending upon the person's expertise and the amount of time to be committed to the task. If interested in any one or more of these opportunities, please send us your resume via e-mail or fax.
